FERN GHATTAS HAS HISTORY
In a time when flour was difficult to find, Fern Ghattas became one of the first bakeries to create its own dough in Beirut — starting a baking revolution in the 1920s. Traditional methods, the finest natural ingredients, and no additives or preservatives. Three generations later, the name remains a renowned bakery throughout Lebanon. And the rest, as they say, is history.
